This is a constant theme at our house. It goes something like this:
Mom: C, did you put the memory game away. C: Yes. Mom: Hmmm. it looks like it's still on the floor. C: Oops, maybe I didn't finish. (a few minutes later) C: Okay, mom. It's all done. Mom: Thanks C. Later that night, when C's in bed, I walk past the room and (blast!) that dumb game is still on the floor. I'm tempted to wake him up and make him do it.
Living with chronic migraines and three busy princesses (who sometimes forget they are princesses and act like terrors instead) can be crazy, but it's the only life I'd ever want! The Lord has blessed me immensely. If you're looking for glowing accounts of girls with impeccable manners and sweet innocence, you'd better go elsewhere. I won't say we haven't tried, but those innocent days are long gone... :)
They look clean and they're in the drawer... you can't complain too much:-)
ReplyDeleteNice.
ReplyDeleteI have to agree with Kristie.
