Laura, WHAT?! I'm packing already. Wait---we don't have a job there. Darn, I guess without that we couldn't even buy cheap gas. What a bummer. (And, also sad that I think 3.38 is cheap.)
I got excited today too when I saw that our gas had dropped to $3.69. Looking back a couple years, I remember thinking how outrageous it was to have to spend $2.50 a gallon. Now I think, Aaah, those were the days!
what? we're paying $3.60 here. and we're usually much higher. and if i spend $50 at safeway in one stop, i can get 20 cents off of that price for a one time fill-up. and it is sad that we think it's cheap at 3.60 as well.
Living with chronic migraines and three busy princesses (who sometimes forget they are princesses and act like terrors instead) can be crazy, but it's the only life I'd ever want! The Lord has blessed me immensely. If you're looking for glowing accounts of girls with impeccable manners and sweet innocence, you'd better go elsewhere. I won't say we haven't tried, but those innocent days are long gone... :)
That is frightening. Sadly, something like that happened to me last week.
ReplyDeleteWell, you could move to Albuquerque where I paid $3.38 today at Smith's. Think about it, it's got to be a little tempting.
